Official CRE Structure
CRE contains three 45-minute multiple-choice papers: Use of English, Use of Chinese and Aptitude Test. Language papers are reported as Level 2, Level 1 or Fail, while Aptitude is Pass or Fail. Passing CRE results are of permanent validity, but the vacancy notice controls which papers and levels matter.

Aptitude Syllabus Breakdown
The local reference screenshots identify the Aptitude Test as a 35-question, 45-minute paper. The study split is deductive reasoning 8 questions, English verbal reasoning 6 questions, data sufficiency 8 questions, numerical reasoning 5 questions, and interpretation of tables and graphs 8 questions.
